Property blueprints for the financier's private tropical island among the released materials.
Also included in this new document drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing various sections of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring plans for marina coverings.
Additional documentation released as part of the ongoing oversight release.
