The Popular Show Campaign 4 Reveals the Fighters Table

From the very beginning of the fourth campaign, new Dungeon Master Brennan Mulligan has kept fans guessing with extensive world-building, a wide array of characters, and a gripping narrative showcasing angels, evil spirits, and dark forces increasing in power within the urban setting.

Heads-up: Key plot points for the latest installment of Campaign 4 are included.

The Soldiers Table Introduced

Episode 3 concluded with a major cliffhanger and introduced the premier party of characters who will separate from the primary party to undertake their own adventure, apart from the remaining groups.

The Soldiers table consists of the determined fighter (brought to life by the voice actor), the agile character (Laura), the strong-willed figure (Whitney Moore), Wicander (Sam Riegel), and Kattigan (the actor).

Dividing the Cast

Given an extensive roster, it was obvious from the start that keeping everyone at the same party would be unfeasible.

That’s why, the initial installments of Campaign 4 serve as an Prelude, connecting the characters’ stories before dividing into three distinct groups: Soldiers, Strategists, and Seekers.

The Nature of the Soldiers Table

According to the Dungeon Master, the combat-focused party is for players who prefer a classically intense battle-oriented narrative style where non-violent answers are scarce.

At first glance, figures such as the reluctant priest Wicander Halovar might look mismatched, but the events of the third episode demonstrate why these five characters are perfectly fit for the Soldiers table.

Why They Must Go

For one thing, the team knows exactly where to proceed after a intense opening clash with The Crow Keepers.

Casimir of Thjazi—whose demise started the narrative’s action—manipulated the foes for his personal gain, entering the secret base, assaulting the character, and stealing all the enchanted items to dispose of.

Casimir then settled his debts and fled to a Halovar stronghouse in the remote area, north of the urban center, with Cyd Pridesire pursuing him.

Individual Reasons

Moreover, each adventurer has a specific drive to depart the urban setting:

  • The agile hero, as the close ally and best friend, wants revenge.
  • The knowledgeable figure knows Timmony and warns that it is a dangerous place.
  • The warrior and The cleric, having disobeyed his house’s orders to execute the target and instead saved him, have no other options.
  • Yet, their status as important members in House Halovar could assist the party enter places they normally couldn’t.
  • Moreover, The grateful character pledged a unbreakable promise to The savior for his rescue and will now go with him wherever.

Fugitives

In addition, all of them are sought by the powers that control the city for a multiple motives, making lingering locally too risky:

  • The rogue and The hero are notorious outlaws.
  • The strong figure and The cleric defied House Halovar and the army of fiends they are partnered with.
  • Teor is targeted for elimination by the family.

This results in them little choice but to head to the northern region in pursuit of the traitor.

Future Episodes

Based on the latest episode’s follow-up content, we discover that the combat party won’t be around next week, leaving the other eight cast members to assemble the Questers and Schemers groups.

Fans can expect finding out which adventurers will be assigned to which table in Campaign 4’s final introductory chapter, available to watch on next week.
